We may receive limited transaction metadata (for example last four digits, card brand, billing country, payment status, and transaction identifiers) needed to fulfill orders, prevent fraud, and provide support.

Assessment questions are general self-reflection prompts. If you voluntarily provide sensitive information in free-text fields or support messages, we will process it only as needed to respond to you or as required by law, and you may request deletion where applicable.

14. Children's Privacy

Our Services are not directed to children, and you must meet the eligibility requirements in our Terms and Conditions (including being at least 18 years old to use the Services). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or under 16 where a higher age applies under local law for online consent).
