By providing payment information, you authorize us (and our payment processors, such as Stripe and, where offered, PayPal) to charge the applicable fees. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled in advance. We offer a 30-day money-back satisfaction guarantee for most purchases: if you are not satisfied, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your last purchase by contacting support@mind-tests.com or +1 (302) 208-8502. Refunds are not available for transactions older than 30 days (except where required by law or in our discretion) or for accounts in violation of these Terms. To cancel a trial or subscription and avoid the next charge, cancel before renewal via your account billing settings, our cancel-subscription page, or by contacting support@mind-tests.com. 14. Dispute Resolution

If a dispute remains unresolved, you agree to first send a written Notice of Claim to PersonalityInsights, LLC at 131 Continental Dr Suite 305, Newark, DE 19713, USA (and by email to support@mind-tests.com) describing your identity, the nature and basis of the claim, and the relief sought (including any specific monetary amount). Neither party may commence arbitration or litigation until 60 days after such notice is received, except for claims seeking provisional injunctive relief.

Except where prohibited by applicable law, any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, including formation, interpretation, breach, or termination, will be resolved by binding arbitration administered by JAMS under its applicable arbitration rules. The seat of arbitration will be Wilmington, Delaware, USA. The language will be English. The Federal Arbitration Act governs interpretation and enforcement of this arbitration agreement. Judgment on the award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction. BY AGREEING TO ARBITRATION, YOU AND COMPANY WAIVE THE RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

You and Company agree to resolve disputes only on an individual basis. You may not bring or participate in any class, collective, consolidated, or representative action against Company. If this class-action waiver is found unenforceable as to a particular remedy, that remedy may be severed and pursued in court while arbitration continues for remaining claims.

Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking temporary or permanent injunctive relief in aid of arbitration, or from bringing an individual claim in small-claims court if the claim qualifies. Consumers in certain jurisdictions may also have mandatory rights to bring disputes before local authorities or courts; those rights are not waived where waiver is prohibited by law.

15. DMCA Notice (for US Users)

We respect intellectual property rights and respond to notices of alleged copyright infringement in accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act ("DMCA"). Subject to the Dispute Resolution section, courts located in Delaware shall have jurisdiction to compel arbitration, confirm an award, or grant provisional relief. Should any legal action permitted under these Terms be commenced, the prevailing party may recover reasonable attorneys' fees and costs to the extent allowed by law.

19. Miscellaneous

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. No waiver of any term shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or any other term. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Subscription Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and PersonalityInsights, LLC regarding your use of the Website and Services.
